Emtranz Consulting is a Limited Liability Partnership firm founded in 2011 by Balamurali Duraiswamy and Suneeta Ribeiro.

Emtranz has conducted a variety of consulting assignments for clients across the country ranging from smaller organizations with turnovers of ₹ 400 Crores to multi-billion-dollar conglomerates having over 100,000 employees.

We have offices in Bangalore and Goa, with project implementation capabilities anywhere in Asia. We have undertaken work in multiple industry segments within which a variety of consulting assignments have been completed.

Balamurali Duraiswamy

With a Bachelor′s degree in Physics from Mumbai University and an MBA from IMDR, Pune, Balamurali Duraiswamy (Murali Swamy) is a senior management consultant with over 23 years of experience in research and consulting partnering with leading corporates in India.

In the past Murali Swamy was associated with Gallup, TNS and Hansa Research. Murali Swamy has led over 500 client engagements in hospitality, financial services, travel & tourism, automotive, manufacturing and telecom and has been a speaker at number of industry forums on “employee and customer engagement”.

Murali Swamy has been closely involved with leadership teams in client organizations driving organizational change initiatives.

Suneeta Ribeiro

An MBA from Goa Institute of Management, Suneeta Ribeiro has spent 17 years in research and consulting at Gallup India. She has extensive experience in the brand, customer and employee practices across a variety of industry sectors. She has led over 350 large scale client assignments in the hospitality, financial services, manufacturing and automotive industries.

She has worked closely with clients in understanding their engagement challenges, linking them to their business outcomes, and crafting a strategic path to improve engagement.

Her key strength lies in the understanding of unique organizational contexts and in developing strategic solutions for clients. Working as a coach, she has helped several managers improve their people management capabilities, and front-line customer facing personnel improve their service delivery.
